- Produced with NTMET Technology, submicron metal powders (“NTMET Powders”) are loosely bound structures of nano-sized particles with a modified surface which allows it to address many challenges facing the use of traditional nano powders. For example:
⁃ For electronics: NTMET Powders are analogues of metal microspheres which are widely used as an additive in electrically conductive coatings. However, because NTMET Powders break down easily when mixed into paint/coating matrixes, the additive is uniformly distributed (similar to metal nanospheres) within the coating, resulting in a more effective process of attenuation of electromagnetic waves.
